What does it cost for families?
Nothing. AJN sports is free for parents and players — there’s no family subscription. You book, track, and pay your coach directly, and we don’t add a fee.
Do you take a commission on sessions?
Never. Commission is 0%. Coaches keep 100% of what they charge, and your clients pay nothing extra to use AJN sports.
How do you count active players?
An active player is a player who completed a session with you in the last 90 days. We count by player, not by household — two siblings count as two players. Players who haven’t trained with you in 90 days drop off your count.
Do I need a coach plan or a team plan?
They’re separate plans. A coach plan is for private training: it’s priced by your active players and covers your sessions with them. A team plan covers one team — $99/yr or $10/mo, billed to the team admin. A coach plan doesn’t cover a team, and a team plan doesn’t cover private sessions. Creating a team, building the roster, invites and practices stay free; the team plan starts when you schedule the team’s first game or open Game Day.
What happens over 30 active players?
The 30+ plan is a flat $50/mo or $499/yr. There is no per-player overage.
How do coaches get paid for sessions?
Directly by your clients — Venmo, cash, whatever you two decide. AJN sports never processes or touches session money.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans are $99, $199, $299, $399, and $499 a year, matching the $10, $20, $30, $40, and $50 monthly tiers. Up to 2 active players is free either way.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Move between monthly and annual, change tiers as your roster changes, or cancel anytime from Profile → Your plan. Cancelling drops you back to the free plan for up to 2 active players.
