1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AJN sports platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

AJN sports is a digital platform that connects youth sports coaches with families seeking coaching services. The platform facilitates bookings, messaging, payment processing, and session management. We are not responsible for the quality, delivery, or outcomes of coaching services provided by independent coaches.

3. User Accounts

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18)
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

For users under 13, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account.

4. Coaching Services

Coaches are independent service providers. AJN sports does not employ coaches and is not responsible for:

• Quality or effectiveness of coaching provided
• Cancellations or changes to scheduled sessions
• Injuries or accidents during coaching sessions
• Credentials, background, or conduct of coaches

Families should thoroughly review coach profiles and community ratings, and ask coaches directly about any credentials before booking.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Coach plans are billed to the coach and priced by active players (a player who completed a session in the last 90 days, counted by player, not household). Up to 2 active players is free and requires no payment method. Paid tiers are $10/mo or $99/yr up to 5 players, $20/mo or $199/yr up to 10, $30/mo or $299/yr up to 20, $40/mo or $399/yr up to 30, and $50/mo or $499/yr for 30+. AJN sports is free for families; families do not pay a platform subscription and instead pay coaches directly for the sessions they book. Session fees are not billed through AJN sports. By entering payment information for a coach plan, you authorize AJN sports to process recurring charges to your payment method:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refunds are issued within 7 business days of cancellation
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Coaches may cancel their subscription anytime with no penalty. If you cancel within 7 days of signup, we will issue a full refund. Otherwise, refunds are processed within 7 business days of cancellation. No refunds are provided for partial months.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in deceptive or fraudulent activity
• Share false information about coaches or services

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJN sports is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Injuries or accidents related to coaching services
• Third-party actions or conduct

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on AJN sports, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms or misuse of the platform. Upon termination, your subscription will be cancelled and refunds processed according to our refund policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of AJN sports following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
